We do not currently provide appraisal reports in the UAD format. This format has been problematic in the fact that it does not allow for online appraisal ordering and electronic delivery of the reports. As we continue to monitor the changes in the market response and electronic availability of the reports, we may decide to make changes in the future. By not offering UAD format appraisals, we are able to save money and then pass that discount onto you as the customer. We believe this discount outweighs the format loss issue.
